Who We Are
We are 501(c)3 nonprofit organzation made up of concerned current and former federal wildland firefighters. We came together because we saw workforce outcomes repeatedly shaped without our voices heard or needs met. We see a wildland fire and fuels crises unfolding and are dedicated to ensuring our firefighters' well-being and needs are prioritized.
Who We Serve
An estimated 15,000 wildland firefighters employed by the U.S. Departments of Agriculture and Interior who face extraordinary on-the-job hardships and inadequate support. Decision-makers influencing wildland fire related policy. Those affected by the changing fire environment.
