Who We Are

We are 501(c)3 nonprofit organzation made up of concerned current and former federal wildland firefighters. We came together because we saw workforce outcomes repeatedly shaped without our voices heard or needs met. We see a wildland fire and fuels crises unfolding and are dedicated to ensuring our firefighters' well-being and needs are prioritized.
